Professor Ben Miranda is a Consultant Plastic & Hand Surgeon with experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery and a specialist medico-legal expert witness practice. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Expert Witnesses (FFEW) and has undertaken formal medico-legal training with Bond Solon.

Professor Miranda developed an interest in medico-legal work after representing doctors in Court in 2005. He has since prepared medico-legal expert reports addressing matters such as breach of duty, causation, condition and prognosis, and acts for both claimants and defendant NHS Trusts, as well as private insurers and solicitors.
